Tilapia Recipe: Tilapia Taco

Tilapia Taco

 
 
This tilapia recipe is a healthier choice for when you are craving a taco. Low in saturated fat!
 
1 fillet    tilapia (about 4 ounces)  
  fat free cooking spray  
  your favorite fish seasoning
(blackened, lemon-pepper, caribbean jerk seasoning)
 
2   taco shells  
1/2 cup    coleslaw mix  
4 Tbs    salsa  
2 tsp    fat-free sour cream  
 

1 Spray frying pan with fat free cooking spray.
2 Season tilapia with your favorite fish seasoning to suit your taste,
3 Cook over medium heat until white and flaky. Break apart into bite-size pieces.
4 Fill taco shells with fish, coleslaw mix, salsa and sour cream.
