Dijon Maple Grilled Salmon

 
 
This Dijon maple grilled salmon recipe has a unique blend of flavors that makes for a memorable dish.
 
1/4 cup    maple syrup  
2 Tbs    Dijon mustard  
1 tsp    minced garlic  
1/4 tsp    ground ginger  
1/8 tsp    cayenne pepper  
4 4 oz    salmon fillets  
1 spray    fat free cooking spray  
 

1 Combine the maple syrup, mustard, garlic, ginger, and cayenne pepper. Refrigerate for several hours to allow flavors to blend.
2 Brush salmon with the Dijon maple sauce frequently while grilling over a medium high heat until cooked (approximately 4 minutes on each side).
