firm cubed tofu, drained patted dry |

red onion, chopped |

fresh cilantro, chopped with stems removed |

7"-8" diameter low fat flour tortillas |

lettuce chopped |
|

salsa (mild or spicy) |

Whisk lime juice and oil in a medium bowl. Add tofu, onion, cilantro, and garlic and toss to blend. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Let marinate for 20 minutes. |

Place tortilla on plate. Top with a layer of lettuce, tofu mixture, and salsa. Roll up tortilla and enjoy! |
