Negative Calorie Recipe: Mango Ice Cream



Mango Ice Cream

 
 
Believe it or not this mango ice cream is a negative calorie recipe. No one will ever know it is sugar free and fat free because it tastes so great!!!
 
1 Tbs    gelatin  
3 Tbs    water, hot  
2 cups    mangoes, puree (about 3 mangoes)  
1 1/2 cups    fat-free Cool Whip, thawed  
 

1 Peel and slice mango. Put mango pieces into food processor or blender to puree.
2 Mix gelatin in hot water until dissolved.
3 Mix gelatin solution with the mango puree.
4 Add fat-free Cool Whip into mango mixture.
5 Place bowl in freezer until mixture is half frozen, about one hour.
6 Remove from freezer, beat until smooth.
7 Transfer into small ice cream cups and put into freezer.
 
Servings: 7
