frozen broccoli cauliflower carrot mix |

|
chicken broth (low sodium) |

|
Rotel tomatoes |

|
Velveeta Light pasteurize cheese (cut into 1" cubes) |

Cook frozen vegetables in the chicken broth until tender. |

Take half of the cooked vegetables out along with some broth and blenderize until very smooth. |

Put blenderized vegetable back to soup kettle. |

Add can of Rotel tomatoes and cubed Velveeta Light cheese in soup kettle. |

Simmer slowly until the cheese is melted. |
