Cranberry Relish

Cranberry Orange Relish

 
 
This cranberry recipe combines the refreshing flavors of cranberry and orange along with your favorite no-calorie sweetner to make a delicious low calorie treat for the holidays that is ready in minutes.
 
1 lb    cranberries, fresh or frozen  
1 large    navel orange  
6 packets    Stevia Plus or your favorite no-calorie sweetner  
 



1 Cut navel orange into quarters leaving the skin on the fruit. Remove any seeds if found.
2 Put cranberries and orange pieces in the food processor and blend until chopped
3 Stir in sweetner adjusting amount to suit your taste.
