Thai Chicken Curry Recipe

This Thai chicken curry recipe is tastes great. Can also make with leftover turkey.
3/4 lb    cooked chicken or turkey meat, chopped  
3   green onions, sliced  
1 medium    red pepper, thinly sliced  
1 clove    garlic, minced  
1 Tbs    soy sauce  
1 Tbs    cilantro, chopped  
1 Tbs    honey  
1 1/2 tsp    curry powder  
1 tsp    sesame oil  
1/2 tsp    cornstarch  
1/4 tsp    crushed red pepper flakes  
1 Tbs    canola oil  
1/3 cup    water  

1 In a small bowl, mix garlic, soy sauce, cilantro, honey, curry powder, sesame oil, cornstarch, crushed red pepper, and water until well blended.
2 Add canola oil in skillet and heat.
3 Cook green onions and red pepper stirring frequently until the vegetables are tender.
4 Stir in liquid mixture and poultry meat and cook. Stir to coat meat with sauce.
5 Serve on a bed of rice.
