whole wheat flour |

low-fat buttermilk |

| 2/3 cup |

wheat bran |

| 1 packet |
|
Splenda |
|
| 1/4 tsp |

salt |

| 1/2 tsp |

cinnamon |

| 3/4 tsp |

baking soda |

| 1/3 cup |

blueberries |
|

fat-free butter flavored cooking spray |

Ingredients for Blueberry Syrup |

blueberries |
|
| 1 cup |
|
apple juice |
|
| 1 Tbs |
|
lemon juice |
|
| 2 packets |

Splenda |

Blend 2 cups of blueberries and 1 cup apple juice in blender. |

Pour blended mixture in sauce pan and simmer uncovered for 4 to 5 minutes. |

Remove blueberry syrup from heat and add 1 tablespoon lemon juice and 2 Splenda packets. |

Hand mix 1/2 cup oat bran, 2 egg whites, 1/4 cup whole wheat flour, 1 cup buttermilk, 2/3 cup wheat bran, 1 packet Splenda, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, 3/4 teaspoon soda, and 1/3 cup of blueberries until batter is evenly mixed. |

Spray skillet with fat-free butter flavored cooking spray. |

Heat skillet at medium low heat. |

Cook pancakes until lightly brown on one side, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown. |
