This blackened tilapia recipe is excellent with the Cucumber Salsa.
 
1 fillet    tilapia  
1 serving    fat-free cooking spray  
  Chef Paul Prudhomme's Magic Seasoning - Blackened  
 



1 Coat a non-stick saute pan with cooking spray.
2 Coat tilapia with blackening spice
3 Cook over a medium-high heat until fish flakes with a fork (about 2 to 3 minutes per side).
