Sun Tea

 
 
This sun tea recipe is made with green tea. Enjoy all of the health benefits in addition to having a refreshing beverage.
 
3 bags    green tea  
1 quart    water  
  lemon, orange, or lime slices, if desired  
  mint sprigs, if desired  
 



1 Put tea bags in a quart jar filled with water; cover jar. Put in sunny window or outdoors in sunshine. Let sit until tea has brewed, two or three hours.
2 Remove and discard tea bags.
3 Chill tea. Serve over ice, garnished with citrus slices and mint sprigs, if desired.
