Spinach Quiche Recipe

Spinach Quiche Recipe

 
 
This amazing spinach quiche recipe is made with Egg Beaters and low fat cheeses, so enjoy!
 
1 16-oz container    low fat cottage cheese  
1 10-oz pkg    frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained  
1 cup    reduced fat mozzarella cheese  
1 cup    Egg Beaters  
1 7-oz jar    roasted red peppers, chopped, well drained  
1/3 cup    grated parmesan cheese  
1 tsp    dried oregano leaves  
 



1 Heat oven to 350 degrees F (or 180 degrees C).
2 Mix all ingredients well and pour into a 9" pie plate.
3 Bake for 40 minutes or until center is set.

Cooking time: 40 minutes
