Citrus Salmon Recipe

Citrus Salmon

This salmon recipe is loaded with omega 3 (good for your heart) and the delightful taste of orange. Finally a recipe that is quick, easy, healthy, and tastes Ummm...Ummm Good!

1 fillet    salmon (approximately 4 oz)
  salt and pepper to taste
1-3 splashes    red wine vinegar
top with several thin slices of leek
1 slice    orange

1 Place fish on grill or broiler tray.
2 Salt and pepper to suit your taste.
3 Splash 1-3 dashes of red wine vinegar on the salmon as desired.
4 Top with several thinly sliced leek slices.
5 Top with orange slice. When eating, just squeeze the juice from orange on the fish for more citrus flavor.
6 You can broil or grill this recipe. I like using my George Foreman grill. Keep a close eye on fish while cooking as the fish cooks quickly. Salmon is done when it is firm and flaky.
