Pumpkin Mousse

 
 
This light and refreshing pumpkin recipe is a delightful alternative to pumpkin pie at only a fraction of the calories.
 
1 15-oz can    pumpkin  
1 Tbs    pumpkin spice  
1 1-oz pkg    sugar-free fat-free instant butterscotch pudding  
1 tsp    vanilla  
8 oz    fat-free Cool Whip, thawed  
2 Tbs    orange peel, grated (optional)  
 



1 Mix all ingredients together until completely blended.
2 Store in refrigerator until time to serve.
