This open face sandwich is a peanut butter jelly alternative. It uses fresh fruit instead of jelly. Lower in sugar content, yet tastes great!
 
1 slice    reduced calorie whole grain bread  
1 Tbs    peanut butter  
  fresh fruit of your choice, sliced  
 



1 Spread bread with peanut butter.
2 Top with your favorite fresh fruit sliced. Some of my favorites include: banana, apple, blueberry, strawberry, blackberry, raspberry, or plum.
