Cider Mackerel Recipe

 
 
 
4 fillets    mackerel  
1 large    onion  
  black pepper to taste  
10 oz    dry cider  
 

1 Heat oven to 350 degrees F (or 180 degrees C).
2 Put fish fillets into an ovenproof dish - season with a few twists of pepper.
3 Top with the onion rings and pour the dry cider over.
4 Cover with a lid or tin foil and bake in the oven for about 35 minutes.
