Spicy Hummus

 
 
This spicy hummus recipe is easy to make. Serve with wheat pita and you have a complete protein.
 
15.5 oz    canned chickpeas, rinsed and drained  
15.5 oz    canned white beans, rinsed and drained  
1 Tbs    tahini  
1/3 cup    lemon juce  
1 tsp    minced garlic  
1 tsp    hot sauce  
 

1 Combine ingredients in a food processor (or a blender) and process until smooth.
2 Add more hot sauce, if you really like your food spicy.
