Jaffa Orange Hummus Recipe



Jaffa Orange Hummus

 
 
This hummus recipe has a light hint of refreshing orange. I serve on a cinnamon graham cracker topped with fresh orange slices.
 
2 cans    chickpeas, rinsed  
1/4 tsp    cumin seed  
1/4 tsp    turmeric  
1/2 cup    orange juice  
2 Tbs    cider vinegar  
  zest of one orange  
1/4 tsp    ground ginger  
1/4 tsp    dry mustard  
1/4 tsp    paprika  
1/4 cup    tahini  
3 cloves    garlic, peeled  
 

Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
