Cinnamon Almond Recipe

 
 
This cinnamon almond recipe is terrific. It is a delicious and nutritious snack that the family will love!
 
1   egg white  
1 tsp    cold water  
4 cups    almonds  
1/2 cup    sugar  
1/2 tsp    ground cinnamon  
1/4 tsp    salt  
 



1 Preheat oven to 250 degrees F (120 degrees C).
2 Lightly grease one 15 x 10 x 1 inch jellyroll pan.
3 Lightly beat the egg white. Add water and beat until frothy but not stiff.
4 Add the almonds and stir until well coated.
5 Sift together the sugar, salt, and cinnamon.
6 Sprinkle over the almonds and toss to mix.
7 Spread on the pan and back for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
