Cheesy Baked Artichoke Recipe

 
 
This artichoke recipe is sure to be a hit when entertaining guests.
 
1 8.5-oz can    artichoke hearts, drained  
1 Tbs    lemon juice  
3 Tbs    ground pecans  
2 Tbs    grated Parmesan cheese  
1 tsp    dried Italian seasonings  
1 clove    garlic, minced  
1 tsp    extra virgin olive oil  
  fat free cooking spray  
 

1 Heat oven to 375 degrees F (or 190 degrees C).
2 Coat a 9" glass pie pan with cooking spray.
3 Place artichokes in pie pan.
4 Sprinkle with lemon juice.
5 In a small bowl, combine the pecans, cheese, Italian seasonings, garlic, and oil.
6 Sprinkle mixture evenly over artichokes.
7 Bake for 15 minutes, or until the topping is golden.

Cooking time: 15 minutes
Ready in: 20 minutes
